Refund and Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Valid Reasons for Return:
To maintain our affordable pricing of ₹599, we accept returns only under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged or defective.
The wrong item was delivered to you.
The product is missing parts.
Mandatory Unboxing Video:
Important: To protect against transit damage claims, customers are required to record an unboxing video starting from the sealed package. This video is mandatory for processing any damage-related refund or exchange requests.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to transfer the amount within 5-7 working days.
